Our Auction Package includes the essential services for your fundraising event. You may choose to add on any of our additional services an a-la-carte basis to meet your specific needs.

Service Descriptions

Event Emcee – Make announcements, monitor agenda and timeline, and assist with transitions throughout the event.

Silent Auction Promotion – Make announcements to promote your silent auction throughout the evening.

Live Auctioneering – The #1 reason you came to this site! We’ll conduct a fast paced, fun and lively auction.

Fund-A-Need – Also known as The Ask, Paddle Raise, Fund-A-Cause, and many other names, this is where we do the big ask for donations. This is where great benefit auctioneers separate themselves from everybody else.

Consulting – In person and virtual consulting (phone, text, email, video-chat) on a variety of topics such as:

  • Maximizing Silent Auction Success
  • Effective Event Layout, Timeline, and Flow
  • Ticket Pricing
  • Donor Engagement
  • Live Auction Item Selection and Pricing
  • Creating Effective Visual Presentations
  • Check-In and Check-Out Strategies

Simulcast Auctions –  Allow guests who can’t be in the room to participate in a live streamed version of your live auction event! Guests tuning in online will bid against guests in real time who are physically at your event to maximize participation.

Virtual Auctions – When circumstances don’t permit an in-person auction event, a virtual auction can provide a platform to meet your fundraising goals by bringing the auction experience to your audience, completely online!

Event Day Readiness – On the day of your event, we will arrive early to set up and test our equipment (*as applicable), perform sound checks, and coordinate with vendors and/or members of your team to make sure everyone is ready for the program. Our auctioneer will be dressed professionally (and can coordinate with your theme, if desired), and will be familiar with your timeline, auction items and Fund-A-Need cause so that they can put on the best possible performance for your guests.
